The Head of the Architecture Department performs the following functions:
- Ensures the proper and regular functioning of the offices under their supervision.
- Oversees the academic management of open specializations by ensuring the teaching of scheduled subjects and monitoring adherence to the planned timetables.
- Supervises the organization of scheduled examinations within the specializations in accordance with the established calendar.
- Ensures the conduct and proper organization of deliberations.
- Co-signs study certificates and graduation diplomas alongside the Director of the Institute and the Rector of the University.
- Approves academic transcripts.
